Sending commercial communications 

In application of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and the other regulations in force, FIRST BLUNAE CORPORATION GROUP, S.L does not send advertising or promotional communications, by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication, that previously have not been expressly authorized by their recipients. 

In the case of users registered on the portal, FIRST BLUNAE CORPORATION GROUP, S.L is authorized to send commercial communications regarding the products and news of the portal, in order to keep them informed. 

At any time, the partners can request that no further commercial information be sent to them, through the portal or the Customer Service channels provided by the company, after proving their identity.

In application of Law 47/2002, December 19, Retail Trade Management, Blunae.com complies with all the provisions regarding consumer protection in remote contracts, which is regulated, among others, the right of withdrawal, the prohibition of unsolicited shipments, payment by card, the duty of information or the right of resolution in the absence of said right and undertakes at all times to comply with current regulations. 

1. PREAMBLE 

The general conditions of sale are intended to define the conditions under which sales of the products proposed by FIRST BLUNAE CORPORATION GROUP, S.L are made via its e-commerce website. 

All purchases made through FIRST BLUNAE CORPORATION GROUP, S.L constitute the creation of a contract concluded remotely, and necessarily implies acceptance, without restrictions or reservations, by you, according to these General Conditions of Sale. 

The General Conditions of Sale are presented in Spanish. FIRST BLUNAE CORPORATION GROUP, S.L reserves the right to modify them. Therefore, we invite you to regularly inform yourself of the new general conditions of sale in force. 

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's or client's domicile.  

2. INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS: AVAILABILITY 

The products for sale at www.blunae.com are exclusively reserved for users of the site. 

www.blunae.com presents its products, with the necessary information so that the consumer knows before making the final purchase, the characteristics of the products offered. 

Offers submitted on www.blunae.com are valid only to the extent of available stocks. 

www.blunae.com provides you, however, with information on the availability of the products offered at the time of authorization of your purchase.  

3. PRICES 

The price of the products offered is indicated in euros, VAT included. 

Prices do not include shipping / transportation costs, which will be indicated at the time of the purchase process and before making payment. 

www.blunae.com reserves the right to modify its prices, but the products are invoiced based on current rates at the time of validation of your purchase. 

4. REALIZATION OF THE PURCHASE 

 All orders are made exclusively on the internet, within the location www.blunae.com following the instructions indicated on the page at the time of purchase of the merchandise.  

5. PAYMENT OF BUYING 

You declare to be in accordance with the information and to have accepted these general conditions of sale before making your purchase. 

From the validation of the purchase www.blunae.com will send you a purchase confirmation email that will recap the integrity of the order (nature of the products shipped, quantity and price).  

The data recorded on www.blunae.com and its information systems are proof of all past transactions. 

6. PAYMENT SYSTEMS OF THE PURCHASE 

 The accepted payment methods are purchase by bank card, paypal account, bank transfer or cash on delivery. 

In case of litigation or refusal of payment by bank card, www.blunae.com reserves the right to suspend the management of the purchase and its delivery and to deny or cancel any purchase of a client with whom there is litigation regarding the payment of a previous purchase. A detailed invoice can be downloaded from the web at the time of purchase confirmation and will always be searchable and printable from the reference site. 

7. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS 

The products will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of ordering. 

Our system will send you an email to notify your order that will inform you particularly about the delivery methods. 

Packages can be delivered to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. 

Deliveries are made with our own fast messaging service within an average of 3 business days after receiving payment, through different transport companies, depending on where we have to deliver your order. 

For certain products, higher delivery times may be indicated and will be communicated to you at the time of the purchase process. 

At all times, all customers can follow the evolution of their order at info@blunae.com and control of delivery from our warehouses to the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase. 

www.blunae.com is not responsible for a delivery delay, nor for the consequences of such delay. However, any purchase not issued in the following 30 days will be canceled and reimbursed, unless otherwise announced at the time of the purchase process. 

If the package does not reach the indicated address (by incorrect address or by non-receipt of the package), the package will be returned to be stored in our warehouse until you communicate a new address; by default your purchase will be considered canceled. 

In the event of the customer's absence at the time of delivery, your package will be deposited at the nearest office of our own transport service and a status report will be sent to you from that address. We will communicate your phone to our logistics team so that they can call you if necessary.  

In case of delivery problems, particularly due to deteriorated product, you must notify the carrier by registered letter explaining the status of the product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery of the product. You must, at the same time, inform us of this through our Customer Service: info@blunae.com. 

Given this case, you can enjoy exchange conditions and / or reimbursement of products. 

8. CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS 

www.blunae.com reimburses or changes according to available stocks all defective or damaged products or those that do not correspond to your purchase, provided that you communicate in detail the reasons for this non-conformity, by email within 8 business days of receipt of the product at info@blunae.com. 

In case of return of the package, you just have to send it to FIRST BLUNAE CORPORATION GROUP, SL, calle Zaragoza, 1, Local - 10, 08860 Castelldefels, along with a copy of the order invoice that you can download at any time in the MY ACCOUNT section of our website. 

Shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the invoiced rate and the return costs will be reimbursed with proof. 

9. RETURNS 

From the receipt of your purchase, you have a period of 8 business days to return the products that do not convince you. 

Only the price of the purchased products will be reimbursed, the shipping and return costs will be at your expense. 

Any return must be previously communicated to the Customer Service accessible through info@blunae.com. 

In any case, the products must be returned in their original packaging, in a resale state, not damaged or stained, complete, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. 

In the event that a product is defective or needs repair, www.blunae.com responds during the two years following its sale, with both repair, provided they are of origin, and shipping costs. and return to the final customer. 

Regarding defective products, the law establishes a period of two months for the user to communicate to www.blunae.com, through any of the channels that he deems appropriate, the existence of any defect since he became aware of it.

11. REFUND 

The reimbursement of the products returned in the conditions and the terms established in these general conditions of sale will be made in an average period of between 20 and 30 days, depending on the date of receipt of the products in our warehouses. 

12. GUARANTEE OF PRODUCTS 

 All the products offered at www.blunae.com are in accordance with Spanish and European legislation. 

The photographs and reproduced texts that illustrate the products offered are communicated for illustrative purposes, and cannot compromise the responsibility of www.blunae.com, which is responsible only for the content of the pages it publishes. 

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Any total or partial reproduction of www.blunae.com is prohibited. 

14. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

These general conditions of sale are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998 of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 26/1984, July 19, General of the Defense of Consumers and Users, to Royal Decree 1906/1999, December 17, 1999, by which Telephone or Electronic Procurement is regulated with general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, January 15, Retail Trade Management and Law 34/2002 of July 11, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. 

www.blunae.com reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, without prior communication to the user / partner / client, than in any case, is solely responsible for reviewing them as a prerequisite and essential for the acquisition of any product available through this website. 

In any case, the general conditions of sale that are exposed on the website www.blunae.com will be considered valid and applicable at the time the user / partner / client acquires the corresponding products.
